Memorial website in the memory of your loved one

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Adrienne Sovinee who was born in Illinois on September 16, 1986
and passed away on February 23, 2006 at the age of 19.

We will remember her forever as a special artist. Her passion was art. Adrienne had a spirit to create pencil drawings.  In her free time she searched the countryside to take photos of old houses. Many pictures won first place in the Morgan County Fair exhibits.  She touched many lives with her art and beautiful smile.

Memorials may be made to the Jacksonville High School Art Department in the Adrienne D. Sovinee Memorial Fund. Jacksonville, Illinois was her home for 19 years.

Our Adrienne is at peace and never forgotten.

"The tide recedes but leaves bright seashells on the sand, the sun goes down but gentle warmth still lingers on the land. The music stops & yet it echoes on in sweet refrains ...for every joy that passes, something beautiful remains."

Thank you friends for donating art books to the Jacksonville High School Media Center in honor of Adrienne.    She loved Escher and Amy Brown's fairies. May young artists be   inspired    by the pictures
that Adrienne loved so much.

Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whitherso- ever thou goest.” (Joshua 1:9)

Tears In Heaven

Would you hold my hand, if I saw you in heaven?
Would you help me stand, if I saw you in heaven?
I'll find my way through night and day
'Cause I know I just can't stay here in heaven
Beyond the door, there's peace I'm sure
And I know there'll be no more tears in heaven
Would you know my name, if I saw you in heaven?
Would you be the same, if I saw you in heaven?
I must be strong and carry on
'Cause I know I don't belong here in heaven

- Eric Clapton, Will Jennings
